8 PQE in managing your own caseload of matters, with an interest in managing a team or experience of management
Ipswich office/Felixstowe office/home-based/flexible
Full-time or part-time will be considered for the right candidate

Who are we looking for?
We are looking to appoint a Head of Residential Property which will include:
Managing and supervising the team
Identifying training needs within the department
Operating within the CQS Core Practice Management Standards and Guidance
Overseeing workflow and workload
Handling own caseload
Building relationship with local developers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and clients
Reporting to the Practice Management team
If you have excellent client care skills, and interest in developing your management skills and a strong technical knowledge, we would like to hear from you.
