Who are we looking for?
We are looking to appoint a Head of Residential Property which will include:
Managing and supervising the team
Identifying training needs within the department
Operating within the CQS Core Practice Management Standards and Guidance
Overseeing workflow and workload
Handling own caseload
Building relationship with local developers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and clients
Reporting to the Practice Management team
