Natasha joined Smith & Co Solicitors in January 2024 as Head of Residential Conveyancing, with many years of conveyancing experience.
Having studied her original degree in Oxford, Natasha moved north to study law at the University of Central Lancashire and the University of Liverpool. She then secured a position as a Trainee Solicitor in Braintree and when she became qualified, she has spent 20 years working in the Essex and Suffolk area.
Natasha specialises in Conveyancing including sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold properties. She is also able to act for clients in respect of registered and unregistered land, together with remortgages, transfers of equity and other miscellaneous land and property issues. She has developed close links with local estate agents and businesses and has a reputation for delivering excellent client service.

Natasha is a trained Mediator and has sat on the Youth Sentencing Panel. She was also a Trustee and Chair of the Colchester and Tendring Women’s Refuge.
Outside of work hours, Natasha has studied Energy Therapies for the last 20 years and hosts a podcast called Balm to the Soul. She also loves walking her three dogs in the fields around her house.
