Frances joined Smith & Co Solicitors in August 2022. She initially studied law at Lincoln University and completed her Legal Practice Course in Chelmsford. She undertook her training contract at a firm in Felixstowe and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.

Frances specialises in Residential Conveyancing and has experience of leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Frances has chosen to be based in the Ipswich area to be close to her daughter’s nursery and her family and friends. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, cooking, walking and gaming on her PlayStation and Xbox.
