Pauline joined Smith & Co Solicitors in June 2024 a Consultant Solicitor.

Pauline graduated with a First Class Law Degree, with Honours, from Anglia Ruskin University in 2009 and gained a distinction in the LPC whilst working at a local law firm as a Paralegal. Having completed a training contract with another law firm, she has been qualified for 10 years.

Pauline specialises in Property Law and Private Client matters. She deals with all aspects of residential property including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, equity release and gifts of leasehold and freehold property, whether registered or unregistered. She acts for individuals and companies, including commercial refinance.

Pauline also has experience of Wills, Probate and Power of Attorney.

Outside of work hours, Pauline calls Tendring home where she’s close to sandy beaches and leafy countryside. She grew up in Braintree and lived in Colchester for many years so is very familiar with the Essex area.
