Kirsten supports the partners at Smith and Co to ensure the high level of customer service that the firm is proud of. Having attended Copelston High School in Ipswich and Elmhurst Ballet School in Surrey, Kirsten’s career has focussed on business administration. 

Kirsten joined the firm in 2015, stepping into the world of law as a part-time legal assistant. Her attention-to-detail, hard work and commitment to the firm was immediately evident and opportunities to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities were welcomed by Kirsten. She is a member of the Institute of Legal Finance Professionals and is currently studying Legal Bookkeeping.  

Kirsten has risen through the ranks, commanding respect by running a tight-ship in the office and gently keeping everyone in order. As a busy mum of four boys at home, she brings a sense of calm, capability and patience with her, making her a much-treasured member of the Smith & Co team.
