Jade joined the Smith & Co Residential Property team in January 2025.

Keen to start a career in law, Jade started working at a local law firm as an office junior after completing Sixth Form. She successfully completed her studies with the Institute of Legal Executives CILEX which led her to becoming a fully qualified Legal Executive in 2010.

Having worked in Suffolk for over twenty years, with most of that time being spent working in her hometown of Ipswich, Jade has built a strong client base. She has developed positive relationships with local estate agents and lawyers, which helps matters progress in a timely and professional manner.

Jade’s main goal is to consider the needs of her client at the outset and adapt the way she works to meet those needs whilst offering a friendly and efficient service. She specialises in:

– Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
– Unregistered Land
– New build properties
– Re-mortgages
– Transfers of Equity

Outside of work hours, Jade enjoys regularly going to the gym to achieve some of her personal goals – exercise is not only good for the body but the mind too! She also values family time with her husband and children.
