Samantha joined the Smith & Co team in our Sudbury office in March 2026. Growing up on a farm in Yorkshire, she went to school in Harrogate and moved to Suffolk where she worked as an estate agent and sales progressor in the Sudbury area, which gave her an extensive local knowledge.

Samantha joined a Haverhill based law firm that specialised in residential conveyancing and developed a wide range of technical skills in property related matters, which she brings to her role as a Senior Legal Assistant.

Samantha supports the Smith & Co property team, working with the conveyancers to provide an excellent level of customer service and progress transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

In her own time, Sam loves reading, walking, socialising and also has her own small business making crochet bags.
