Nicola joined Smith & Co Solicitors in September 2025 and is a legal assistant in the Private Client department, supporting our solicitors as they focus on delivering excellent service to our Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate clients.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Nicola has a specific interest in intestacy matters where her helpful, methodical and organised approach to this area of law has been a huge asset to her clients.
