Lorraine joined Smith and Co Solicitors in April 2023 and supports the Private Client team in offering Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate services.

Lorraine was born and educated in Walthamstow in East London. She moved to Canvey Island and began her career working in an accountancy firm in the City of London. Looking for a change in lifestyle and more time with family, Lorraine relocated to France, becoming a French speaker and immersing herself in the culture.

Since her return to the UK, Lorraine has undertaken positions in law firms, supporting fee earners in a variety of departments including Property Litigation, Personal Injury and Private Client. She brings excellent organisational skills to her role together with an empathetic and considerate approach to clients.

Outside work hours, Lorraine enjoys cycling, reading, gardening and spending time with her cats and chickens. She has a great love of being outdoors, especially walking in Scotland.
