Rachel Brinkley joined Smith & Co Solicitors in June 2024 and chose to work with the firm due to their forward-thinking ideas on the use of technology in the legal workplace as well as their dedication to delivering a client-friendly experience.

Rachel began her law career by studying a Foundation Degree in Law at Sunderland University before moving to Norfolk and continuing her studies with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She is proud of my academic endeavours having achieved six distinctions and one merit for my CILEX Level 3 Diploma. These were followed by a distinction in the CILEX Level 6 Certificate for Probate Practice and a merit for the Law of Wills & Succession unit.

Rachel describes herself as a film enthusiast and loves going to the cinema to see new releases. She also enjoys travelling and it has been a life-long aspiration to travel with her family to Japan to see the Cherry Blossom Festival and visit Super Nintendo World in Japan with her sons. Rachel’s family are avid Ipswich Town Fans so she’s definitely in the right place at Smith & Co!
